Providing Support for Life to those living with neuromuscular conditions, and their families, in Western Australia.

FIRST TIME HERE?

Welcome to our website. You may be here for a number of reasons: you’re newly diagnosed; previously diagnosed but have only just heard of us; are a student looking for further info; are a potential supporter of our organisation and want to know more about us and what we do.

Whatever your reason, we hope that there’s enough info here to get you started. Most importantly, we are at the end of the phone or an email if you have questions or just don’t know where to start.

Support For Life is our motto for a very good reason. We think it epitomises what we do: providing support to our community so that you can lead the best life possible, despite the obstacles your condition may present.

We provide social programs and events, capacity building programs, counselling, advocacy, bereavement support, Empower grants, system navigation, education sessions and NDIS support. It’s care that’s just as important as research and medical support.

MEET OTHERS AT AN EVENT

Being a member of our community means so much more than just the services and support we provide.

We aim to put you in touch with people with the same or similar conditions, providing you with connection to people who understand

NDIS SUPPORT

The NDIS has now been rolled out across WA.

While this brings lots of exciting times and opportunities for the our community and their families it can also lead to challenges and frustration.

We provide a range of support services for people currently looking to enter the scheme or for those already working in it.

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT YOUR CONDITION

The Loop website is a national resource that has all the info you need around your condition and how to manage health and wellness, along with tailored conditions guides and stories from other people living with neuromuscular conditions across Australia.
