HAYLEY LETHLEAN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

From leading our team with passion to standing up for our community's needs, Hayley wears many hats, juggling lots of tasks on a daily basis.

When she’s not reporting to the Board, she keeps a focus on our strategic goals, always seeking out new connections and ensuring our financial sustainability by making the most of what we've got.

Proud to lead a team where fun and hard work go hand in hand, she makes sure we stay flexible, resilient and creative in how we tackle opportunities and challenges, so our community needs are always met.

Oh, and outside of all that amazing work stuff? Her heart belongs to her horses, her family and her place of birth, South Africa.

DAN GIBBONS, COMMUNITY SERVICES MANAGER

Dan’s basically a calm operator with a brain wired for problem-solving (and a slight cricket obsession thrown in for good measure).

Bringing a strong background in disability services, having previously worked at genU (formerly Activ Foundation) in client onboarding & plan management. He’s all about helping people navigate the system, find the right supports & feel genuinely heard along the way.

Originally from Katherine (yes, you might need to Google it), Dan now calls Perth home, where he lives with his wife, three daughters & their dog - making him very much outnumbered in a proudly female-dominated household.

Outside of work, Dan is a full cricket tragic. Early mornings, late nights, test matches, replays… he’s across all of it and has well and truly mastered functioning on minimal sleep during cricket season. When he’s not tuned into a game, you’ll likely find him gaming with his kids, catching up with friends over coffee, or seeking out quieter spots around Perth to escape the crowds

JOSH WELLS, SYSTEM NAVIGATOR

Josh is basically a human Swiss Army knife - handy, dependable and always ready with a dad joke (whether you asked for it or not).

With a background as an NDIS Local Area Coordinator and a long-standing connection to the our community since 2017, Josh brings both heart and know-how to his role.

When he’s not supporting members or helping families find the right services, you’ll probably find him deep in a board game battle or in his garage, happily tinkering away on his latest project. A proud dad of two, he spends his weekends either at the park chasing soccer balls or the next great pun.

Josh joined the team with one goal in mind: to give back to the community that’s close to his heart and he does it with positivity, purpose and a pocketful of wisecracks.

You can contact Josh by emailing him: josh@neuromuscularwa.org.au
