School aged CHILDREN programs & events
We provide several programs for school-aged children in our community throughout the year. The activities are inclusive, accessible, age-appropriate, but still challenging and lots of fun. School-aged siblings are also welcome to attend.
To ensure everyone is safe, comfortable and heard, our programs are supported by qualified workers, volunteers, and staff who are committed to maintaining a child-safe environment where every child is protected and valued. Please read more about our commitment to child safety here.
The programs include:
SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
In the January school holidays, we offer a one-day program, and in July, we offer 2 non-consecutive days over the holidays. These programs are run at The Niche in Nedlands.
FAMILY DAY
During the April holidays, we are always delighted to host our Family Day – a wonderful opportunity for families with school-aged children to come together for lunch and fun while we explore an accessible and inclusive venue in Perth.
CAMP
Held in the September/October school holidays for 3 days and 2 nights at Ern Halliday in Hillarys, our Camp offers a wonderful opportunity for respite, self-development, mateship and non-stop fun! Day Camp is also an option for campers.
Please note: Camp 2025 will be conducted through our NDIS services; therefore, please remember to include camp on your 2025 NDIS plan. Information on costs will be discussed individually. For further information, please contact Christine
