SPROUTS (0-5)
Sprouts is our monthly peer-connection program for children aged 0–5 living with a neuromuscular condition and their parents or caregivers. We come together at The Niche, in a relaxed, playgroup-style setting where families can slow down, connect and feel at home.
We created Sprouts to gently support families early in their journey. Each month, parents and caregivers are welcomed into a space where they can meet others who truly understand, share experiences, ask questions and feel supported by our caring team with specialist knowledge - all while their children play, explore and simply be themselves.
We know the time between diagnosis and starting school can feel overwhelming and isolating, especially when living with a rare condition. Sprouts offers a safe, inclusive and understanding community during this tender stage, where families can feel seen, heard and supported.
