School HOLIDAY programs
School Holiday Program
During the April and July school holidays, we run dedicated Junior and Teen day-out programs designed for young people living with neuromuscular conditions. These programs provide a fun, safe and supportive opportunity to stay connected with peers while enjoying exciting outings during the school break.
We supply experienced support workers to take care of all personal care, however families are also welcome to send their own support worker.
Junior Program
The Junior School Holiday Program is designed for primary school–aged children (Years 1–6) living with neuromuscular conditions. It’s a fun and engaging day where kids can enjoy structured activities, make friends and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Activities may include creative sessions, interactive workshops and experiences delivered by external activity providers who help make the day extra special. The program focuses on helping children feel included, supported and proud of what they achieve.
Teen Program
The Teen program is designed for high school students (Years 7–12) and focuses on social connection, independence and fun experiences in the community.
Teens head out together to places like bowling centres, shopping centres, arcades, movies or other local attractions. It’s a relaxed and supportive space where young people can connect with others who understand their experiences while enjoying a great day out.
